By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Pallankuzhi app strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• Copying or modifying the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
• Attempting to extract the source code of the app.
• Translating the app into other languages or making derivative versions.
• Using the app in any way that is or may be damaging to this app.

4. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to ChozhanaaduApp.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChozhanaaduApp, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this app whether such liability is under contract. ChozhanaaduApp shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this app.

6. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
